fun evening at Annie and Michael's place. the grilled veggies were amazing and the puppy was oh so adorable.

Mmmmm! that looks so good.
Do you just brush olive oil on both sides of the zucchini and squash? Any special recipes or suggestions? I don't have a grill, but I have a grilling pan ... and I'm not a very experienced cook :/ Thanks!
helen: i didn't cook this! but it's probably just olive oil and salt pepper. : )

i just drizzle the veggies with oil, s&p and grill. super easy. i also made spaghetto squash and tossed it with sauteed garlic and oil. it was yum!
