Those look like berries from an Arbutus tree. I think it's also called a Stawberry tree. We have one in our backyard, they're really pretty but make an awful smooshy mess on the ground and on our chairs. You can eat the berries but I didn't care for the taste or the texture so much...but hummingbirds and squirrels love them!
Corbezzoli!! In Italy this the name of the sweet red fruit.. it's also a surprise exclamation.. You have an adorable blog, when I saw it the first time I said: CORBEZZOLI!! ;) rita
