
i made some clear clam soup today and it was sooooo good. : )
clams - 1pound
green onions -chopped
golden needle mushrooms
2 chili peppers -thinly chopped
sea salt
pepper
*veggie stock*
2 garlic cloves
kombu(dashima)
leeks (white part)
japanese radish
1. make veggie stock . (you can use other veggies if you want)
2. clean clams and soak them in salted water for 20min
3. veggie stock in a big pot and add clams. cover until it boils.
4. when the clams are open, add mushrooms, green onions and red chili peppers
5. salt and pepper
super easy.
