another dress i found at a thrift store. it's actually prettier in person and i really like the color. it's loose on me in the waist but i think i'm going to keep it. but what about the length? should i cut it short? any thoughts?
ps: my head stays in the photo for my mom. ; )

I would say cut to above yr knees for a more flirty, fun look. And a cool belt would make this dress a real stunner. :)

I like the pleats and the waistband of this dress. I think the long length is making it look old fashioned, though. I would say cut it to your knee level, either right above or below. It would still look relaxed.
i like the color. The dress has an elegance about it. I would suggest shortening it so that it rests just slightly below the knee. I think it would liven it up a little bit.

Gorgeous dress... I would hem it so that it falls a nice 2" or so below the knee, but not any shorter... Makes me daydream about summer days while sitting here in chilly Chicago!

knee length! the length is swallowing your tiny body. (and also pinning it in on the sides above the waistband so it's more always-flattering) beautiful colour!
Before I even read the post I saw the pic and said that dress could use a trim. I definitely think it would be even more beautiful just above the knee. Great Find!
