i'm posting on saturday! : ) i had this cheese plate at lamill coffee shop the other day. it was really good but the portion was too small for $15. so i made this for an afternoon snack using our homegrown tomatoes. it was yummy!

Nothing better than such simple food. I'm still waiting for our tomatoes to ripen...it's a slow process here in the UK! Yum.
