: ) after 3 weeks of search, we found our new home. our dogs passed the interview with the landlord who didn't want dogs. so proud of them!

shoulder pads?

i found this blazer with huge shoulder pads at the goodwill for $5.99. yay or nay? i'm not so sure about the shoulder pads but i love the color and style. maybe i'll replace the shoulder pads to smaller ones? also maybe skinny black plants might go better with the jacket, right?

edit: i got rid of the shoulder pads and it looks so much better!

taking a blog break

now i'm back to reality. my husband and i need to figure out our house situation immediately since our house will be on market in a few days. things are going so fast and we feel so rushed. we are worried that the house might sell right away and we get kicked out before we find a place. whoa! we can be a homeless couple! ha. i feel bad for you to read about my stress over and over so i'm taking a break until this problem is solved. hopefully i'll be back soon with some good news. thanks for your support. xoxo
