I'm leaving for Korea tomorrow and I'll be back by the end of this month. I hope I can post about my trip while I'm there. I'm having a little anxiety about flying. UGH,,,I'm always scared of flying. *Deep breath* I need to get over this. BUT at the same time I'm excited about the FOOD in Korea!!! My mom's kimchi is the best kimchi in the world. Haha.

i wish i would have seen this yesterday bc you are leaving today - but if you have time - run by whole food and get something called CALMS FORTE! it is amazing - i dont like flying either... but i take 1-2 to relax (depending on how anxious i am) and then another one once i am on the plan to sleep. it is homeopathic so you wont want up drowsy or out of it. i swear by it and never leave home with out it (i also give it to my dog when she has to go to the vet!)
