Sneak peek of Jesse Kamm SS 2012 Lookbook

I shot Jesse Kamm SS 2012 Lookbook yesterday and the shoot was amazing. Jesse's new designs were incredible (I wanted everything!) and super talented photographer Hilary Walsh modeled for us. (She's drop dead gorgeous!) We are happy with how the photos turned out and can't wait to share the finished Lookbook with you. Pants

I found the perfect pants and they were free (!). I've been looking for boyish looking tailored pants forever and Bea handed me down these vintage pants the other day. They were cute but I wanted slimmer legs so I got them taken in a little bit (cost $12) and I'm very happy with them. These pants are gonna be one of my uniform pieces for Fall. I'll wear them with a shrunken sweater or button ups or loose tees or blazer,,, ETC. It's so hard to find pants that fit me good so this was a big score for me. Thanks, Bea! xo

Band of Outsiders + Net a Porte + Bill Murray

Yesterday I had a fun time at Band of Outsiders's movie night at Hollywood Forever cemetery hosted by Net a Porte. Cocktails, caramel popcorn, yummy appetizers and meatball subs (grill cheese sandwiches for Vegetarians) were served and Bill Murray's summer classic "Meatballs" was screening. It was the perfect summer night.

Weekend

What are you doing this weekend?  I'm thinking to cook some Korean food for friends, work on my next film, test my new camera, go to my physique class and stay away from my computer.

This Summer's been treating me very well.

Sharing a tiny closet space with Brad wasn't working. So I got a clothing rack from IKEA and hung some of the clothes that I wear often. I think it looks cute like that. :)

♥ Oli & Me

I had lunch with Grace from Oli & Me this morning and she showed me some of her new designs. I absolutely loved everything she showed me and ended up buying a "Snake Ring" and "Two Tail Ring". (I couldn't help!!). So I have all these delicate old and new Oli & Me rings stacked together and I love how they look.

Big Sur trip part2

DAY2


Waking up on top of the mountain was magical. We had our morning coffee outside. Some of us were writing in our journals, some of us were meditating. The crisp cold air and smokey smell of the wood felt nice.




On the way down from the top of the mountain we pulled over to see the ocean. It was so beautiful and powerful.



Brunch at Deetjens. LOVED the food and our waitress was super sweet.



Remember my recent post that I said I wanted to be in the woods? It happened here. :)
And then we stopped by Henry Miller Library and a souvenir store for a little shopping.


Snack attack at Post Ranch Inn.




We went back to our rental house and had a little reading, resting and wine time on the deck. It was one of my favorite moments in Big Sur. So peaceful and relaxing...

After that, I took portraits of each person to remember our time there. (will post about it soon)



HBT made this amazing veggie pasta for Joanna's birthday dinner. It was so good, we ate the whole thing.

DAY3




We went to the beach in the morning and I loved it so much. If we had more time, I wanted to stay there all day.

After our last meal at Deetjens, we drove back home. Good bye, Big Sur! We will be back in Jan 2012.
